Q: Are the products we use all organic/natural?
A: The other ranges contain organic ingredients. Our colours are organic ingredient based in which they contain less chemicals. However they still do contain some chemicals but less than other colours available. Our products are a safer, non toxic option.

Q: What ingredients are in the colours?
A: The colours are Ammonia free; contain Organic colour pigments and organic SILK. SILK is the strongest fiber in the world and has incredible shine. Therefore your hairs condition improves rapidly by having a colour service. There are a low percentage of Para dyes in the dark shades of our colour range. The light colours and blondes contain none. We even have watercolors that have no peroxide at all!

Q: Do the colours last as long as conventional colours?
A: Yes absolutely. In fact we find they last longer as the hair is put under less stress by not having ammonia. Also the technology is far more advanced as we have the FIRST Ionic colour in the World; CHI. This colour has minimal fading.

Q: Is it still possible to get a reaction from the colours?
A: Yes it is. We recommend anyone that has had a reaction in the past to any skin products to have a preliminary patch test. This can be done in the salon very quickly. There is a number of things that people can be allergic to and some people can become allergic out of the blue.

Q: Do the colours cover grey? Yes absolutely.
A: For resistant grey there is a number of procedures we can follow to allow you 100% coverage.

Q: Can you achieve vibrant tones with the colour?
A: Yes with the new CHI range we can go as bright as you want.

Q:Can you permanently straighten or permanently wave high lightened hair?
A: Yes, as long as the hair is strong enough. We recommend a strand test to be done quickly in the salon first. We have great treatments that can be used to strengthen hair if it is not strong enough.

Q:Can these products improve the condition of your hair?
A: Absolutely! Organic products are made with natural so the condition of hair is the optimum. Especially the products containing the Organic SILK.
