General Shipping Policy

1.1 We will ship your ordered items from our Auckland located salon within 3 workings days of receiving your order (unless otherwise stated due to business closure for public holidays or Christmas or items are out of stock - please see home page banner over these times).
1.2 We may provide an estimate as to delivery time, but that will be an estimate only.
1.3 We will charge a shipping charge for delivering you order, this is based off weight and is tracked shipping from $5. Please choose the shipping option as applicable to you i.e standard; rural; Waiheke Island etc as shipping costs vary per location.
1.4 New Zealand delivery is to physical mail boxes only (PO box deliveries unavailable).
1.5 As much as we endeavour to keep our inventory up to date on our shop. Some items may be out of stock adding variable time to shipping of up to 14 days. You will be notified as soon as possible in this case.

2.1 Pre-Order items are specially ordered adding variable time to shipping of up to 14 days.
